I was calling for my contractor but the guy who answered the phone acted like this was a secret society or something. Said if "I" didn't have an account with them that he couldn't help me. So, we just spent our 1,500 with his competition. I don't have time for rude sales people answering the phone. That dude needs to go work at Belle Meade Country Club as a bouncer or something.
