  Would like to take a moment to share our fantastic experience with PEP, particularly their customer service team and one of their drivers. From start to finish, the service we received exceeded expectations. First, Noah from the customer service team was exceptional. He made sure our needs were met with professionalism and genuine care. His responsiveness and attention to detail were particularly impressive, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed. It's not often you encounter customer service like this, and Noah truly made our experience smoother and more efficient. Additionally, Andrew, the driver who handled our delivery, was outstanding. Not only was he timely and efficient, but he also brought a welcoming and friendly energy that made the whole process feel much more personal. He took the time to highlight some special offers we weren’t aware of, which added a nice touch to the service. It’s rare to encounter a driver who not only gets the job done but also takes the time to make you feel valued as a customer. We’re grateful for the excellent service from both Noah and Andrew, and we highly recommend PEP for their outstanding customer care and professionalism.   Fantastic Service from Elliott, Matt, and Andrew! I’ve been working with this PEP for a while now, and I can honestly say their customer service is top-notch. Every time I’ve had trouble finding something I need, Elliott and Matt are always quick to help. They go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need, even when I can’t seem to locate the right products. A special shout-out to Andrew, the delivery driver! He always shows up on time with the right items, and everything’s in perfect order. It’s rare to have such reliable service these days, and I really appreciate their attention to detail. Highly recommend this team for all your pool supply needs – they make everything so much easier!
