I hate giving 1 star reviews and I love supporting local, but this store has such a bad energy. It feels like the 2 times I have gone have been a competition of being the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. As a medical provider I really don’t enjoy being condescended to for my medical decisions by staff that don’t know my medical history or understand my situation. I simply wanted to know if a specific product was in stock. I did not need to be interrogated on “why”, talked down to, or for my sensitive situation to be broadcasted across the store.
A wide variety of hard to find items, sort of like vitamin shop and fresh market combined. Fun to stroll through, no pressure... But I did end up spending 20 bucks

One of my favorite places to get anything organic.
I visit this store occasionally to stock up on some things that are hard to find anywhere else. But I really dislike going here to be honest. It keeps getting worse. For a holistic store, it has incredibly bad energy every single time. You feel it as soon as you walk in the door. The people working there just suck all the air out the place and create such bad vibes. They follow you around the store, constantly ask if you need help, and if you say no, they hang out at the end of the aisle and pretend to straighten the shelves and keep an eye on you. I go in there to get things I was planning on getting, but sometimes I find something and like to read reviews online real quick to make sure a product is going to work for me before I spend a lot of money on it. So I take my time looking at stuff. But that just earns me several "can I help you's" and it is so exhausting. I just want to shop in peace. The staff needs to learn about energy and how their negative energy just attracts negative energy to the store. Maybe if this was a more welcoming store with good energy they would have more business and better reviews. After my last visit there this week and hearing the manager or whoever she was talking rudely and impatiently out loud to a young women working with her that evening, I have had enough of this store. If you can't even treat your employees with kindness and respect, that for sure carries over to the whole bad vibes the customers are feeling. I would rather buy any items I need from Amazon. Do better please.
I liked the vibe of the store originally. However my some of my party were treated with discriminatory behavior. While looking at the products in one part of the store, the white employee felt the need to ask my party to move away so they could show a white customer the same products despite my party still looking at said products. We were going to give them our business originally however after that experience and the blatant disrespect from the employee, the whole party put their items back and walked out. I hope on the future they learn to treat all customers regardless of their skin color/appearance the same, if not, they won’t be in business for long.
