If you want to buy a car here, you should be here from 4 to 9 PM on the weekdays and 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays. Also, you better have Randy Alleyne. I promise, you WILL get a good deal. If you want to get a car for a price you like, ask to have Randy Alleyne at 4 to 6 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays. HE’S HANDS DOWN THE BEST SALESPERSON YOU’LL EVER ENCOUNTER!

I have been trying to reach the service team to schedule a sevice appointment for the last 1 week but the phone always reaches to Ray's VM, the server manager. I have left several VM amd even dropped an email, but no response or call back. Not sire what is going on. Do I need to come I person or send a snail mail. Please check your phone lines, something definitely wrong.

My family and I had such a positive experience at Heritage Mazda and we contribute much of that to the expertise of our salesmen, Randy Alleyne. Not only was he knowledgeable about our situation (we were working with another salesmen earlier in the week, but he was with customer at the time we arrived), but he made sure that we came out with a much better deal AND vehicle. He was kind, patient, understanding, and we can’t thank him enough for his swiftness as we were on a time crunch. 😂 If you ever are in the market for a Mazda from Heritage, please consider working with Randy. You won’t be disappointed! Other honorable mentions are Greg & Victor. These guys are great, too!

First of all, the salesperson I worked with, Kyle Bellone, was very kind, helpful, patient, and reasonable. I would definitely recommend working with Kyle. Thank you Kyle for making the buying process a little easier. I am however extremely dissatisfied with the Service department. This dealership tried to sell me a car with a leaking shock absorber, after they claimed that the car was in good condition. The car would not have even passed safety inspection. I also highly suspect that they replaced the wrong shock absorber, different than the one we had agreed on. I have been asking for a receipt both verbally and through email, and after at least 6 calls back and forth I still have not heard back. Their service department is unresponsive and just leaves you to voicemail.

It pains me to write this review, but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. I’ve been a loyal Mazda customer since 2019, when I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership. Up until recently, I had a positive relationship with the team at Mazda Catonsville. Unfortunately, that changed in September 2025. I had my oil changed here in August 2025 and received a full diagnostic report at that time, which showed no issues with my injectors or oil in the engine. However, on Friday, September 19th, my car had to be towed to the dealership due to acceleration problems and dashboard warning lights. I was told they couldn’t look at the vehicle until Monday, September 22nd — understandable. On Monday, I was given a loaner vehicle and informed that my battery needed to be replaced before a diagnostic could be performed. By Wednesday, I was told there was an issue with one of my fuel injectors. Still, there was no mention of oil in the engine. I authorized them to replace all injectors, even though only one was immediately necessary, and was told the car would be ready the next day. Friday came, and I had to reach out for an update — only to be told that they were still waiting for parts. Over the following days (September 22nd–24th), I called and texted both Raymond and Farzad (the service manager) multiple times with no response. On the 24th, I decided to visit the dealership in person due to the complete lack of communication. I was told they were still waiting on parts. I expressed my frustration to the sales manager, who promised that either Raymond or Farzad would call me with an update on Friday. That call never came. As of today, Tuesday, October 7th, I still have not heard from anyone. I had to call myself to get an update — only to be told that while the injectors had been replaced, oil was now found in my engine. This was never previously mentioned during diagnostics, which raises serious concerns. It feels like something may have happened during the repair process to cause or reveal this issue, and I no longer trust that my car is being handled properly. To make matters worse, I was told again that Raymond or Farzad would follow up — and once again, no one contacted me. As someone who has financed my vehicle through Mazda and maintained a perfect payment record, this experience has been beyond disappointing. The lack of communication, accountability, and transparency is unacceptable, especially from a dealership that is supposed to represent a reputable brand. At this point, I’m exploring legal options, as I feel taken advantage of. All I want is my car returned in proper working condition — and I will never return to this dealership again. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Mazda Catonsville has lost my trust completely.
