  Nick Terbrock has oversaw the treatment of our lawn. He has done and continues to do a great job making certain our lawn gets the best treatment necessary to look beatiful. He is very responsive and literally goes out of his way, dropping by unannounced just to check on the needs of our lawn. Heritage has a gem with Nick. We are very pleased with his and Heritage's service.

  My wife and I don't usually do reviews, being so many are requested, but in this case credit should be given where credit is due. We were given Heritage's phone number from a friend that used them, and we were a little skeptical about the job bid, being the price was less that the competition, but went with it anyway. We had contact with a young guy named "Brandon" who came to our house very carefully went over our needs and wants along with his other professional suggestions and committed to the job. We had lots of removing of old dead plants along with a whole new design of our landscaping. Brandon and his crew arrived on the date they promised and on time. It took over two days, my yards front and back were a mess with the removal of old debris, but at the end of each day it was completely cleaned up to avoid any bad street view. Brandon reviewed what was done and what else was to BE done...along with our approval and his suggestions which were very helpful. The finished job was outstanding and I'm proud to say we made the right decision. The quality of the work, the professionalism of the crew and the plants selected make my new landscaping the talk of my street. I've had several neighbors ask "who did the job" and I'm proud to say "Heritage Lawn and Landscape."...and would I hire them again? ABSOLUTELY!!!

  My lawn was not mowed today but yet Heritage Lawn & Landscape chooses to bill me for it! I did as they suggested and I went and shuffled the leaves about, and the only areas that were mowed were three strips. I am here in person looking at the grass, they were looking at a picture and saying my grass was mowed. A family member was here and watched Heritage for the entire 7 minutes that they were here. Heritage did not mow most of my lawn. Aside from the lack of mowing this time, a while ago one of their guys broke my window. They had a repair company come out and they promised they would clean up all the glass that was shattered all over the place and under the porch. Well that never got cleaned up. I had an inflatable slide down there that got destroyed with the glass, a dog that got glass embedded in her foot, and I had to go down there and clean it all up myself. So aside from having to pay a bogus bill for no lawn mowing, I also had to take on the expense of a Veterinary bill and the cost to replace the inflatable slide that was irreparable. Of course I choose to no longer be a customer of Heritage Lawn & Landscaping; a company that doesn't provide quality service and has very poor customer service.
