  The staff was SO helpful when I called (I called 4 other irrigation supply stores beforehand), so naturally I spent my money with Irrigation Station. Thank you for your help!!!

  Went to irrigation station in McKinney to purchase all the pipe and fittings to run a new 300 foot water line to our farm house they where very helpful they made sure I had everything to run the new water line i will definitely be recommending them to anyone

  I have to agree with others who said the employees are rude. I went in to buy and lawn mower and asked the first employee i saw if they sold lawn mowers (none were on display in there lobby) and he said "maybe." The guy at the parts counter asked me what I needed and I said "a Toro push mower." He said, "do you want the good news of bad news?" At this point I said "I'll go somewhere else." I did call back and talk to someone to express my displeasure with their lack of service. Any business that condones rude employees won't be open much longer. I had been a good customer for the past ten years. I ended up buying one from Home Deport rather than support our local economy, which I tried to do.

  As a supply delivery service, this is the worst place to take materials, the service desk employee is rude and condescending, and the average wait is at least two hours, I double my rate when I go to this McKinney location. The yard guy is friendly and apologetic, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you value your time.
