  I recently bought a car from Heritage Ford, and it was such a smooth process! They helped me with everything and got me into my dream car! Great Service even when they are short on staff!

  * Editing to add: Their response SEEMS like they want to help but offer no phone number and no email to reach them. Another failed attempt at pitiful customer service. Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a dealership. We took my husband’s Ford F-250 to Heritage Ford in Corydon, Indiana for something as simple as an oil change. When they went to take it off the lift, they couldn’t even get it to start. Instead of taking responsibility for what happened while it was in their care, they flat-out refused to admit fault or at the very least- offer any real help in fixing the issue. This was not just inconvenient — this is my husband’s only vehicle, his daily driver, the way he hauls of his equipment (to feed his family) and their lack of accountability and customer service has left us stranded. A reputable dealership should stand behind their work and make things right when something goes wrong. Instead, Heritage Ford chose to wash their hands of the situation and leave us to deal with a problem that only arose while the truck was in their hands. We even had to foot the bill for the truck to be towed back to our house. Completely disgusted! I have video proof that a day and a half before going into Heritage, this truck hauled nearly 10 tons of rock up our ridiculously long drive way- most of which is a steep incline. There was NOTHING wrong with this truck going in. We will never take another vehicle here again, and I strongly warn anyone considering this dealership to think twice. If this is how they treat customers over a basic oil change, I can only imagine how much worse things could be with more serious service.

  I take a 2021 f250 in for an oil change and drop it off. I come back EIGHT HOURS later and they tell me the truck won’t start. They tell me the tech will diagnose the problem but, will have to be Thursday. “3 days” later on Thursday I come and they say the tech can’t get to it until Friday. Then they tell me I would have to pay to have it diagnosed. I bring them a perfect running truck and now I am paying to have it towed away. They didn’t even have the sense to put the truck back together. I have spent 100’s of thousands of dollars at this place between buying vehicles and having service done. I will NOT return and I advise for others to do the same. If I could I would give 0 stars.
