I spoke with multiple different builders and ended up going with Heritage Crafted Homes. Jonathan, Kathy, and Ashley did an amazing job from start to finish. Communication is great, price was spot on (and was the most competitively priced by a long shot), quality is great, and they completed the house in 9 months. You couldn't ask for a more smooth process when building your home. I would not hesitate to use them again.
