  Brenda in the front office made life so easy moving in. I had a couple things that needed to be addressed and they were addressed right away and with tons of communication. Great community that truly cares.

  I went in to take a tour. I explained to the manager, Brenda Collado that I was just looking. I explained that my credit was poor, but I was interested in a 2/1. She told me that she didn’t have a unit like the one that I was looking for at that time. A day later, she emailed me strongly, urging me to apply for an apartment that had suddenly become available. It was the exact apartment that I had been originally inquiring about. I told her that I did not have good credit AGAIN. She ASSURED me that it was not going to be an issue. She told me time was of the essence and that I needed to complete my application by the end of that day. This included a $100 nonrefundable fee. Again, I stated that I did not have good credit, (for the third time) but she urged me that time was of the essence and that I would definitely be approved no matter what my credit was as long as I completed my application that day and paid the nonrefundable fee. The following day my application was denied. She stated in her email that it was due to my credit score. My suspicion is that the managers make some kind of a commission based on the nonrefundable application fee. I feel that this was a non-ethical business practice. I told her verbally and over email 3 times that I did not have good credit. And yet, it was the timing of the emails and how conveniently the exact unit that she said hadn’t been available suddenly became available, and the urgency in which she pushed me to complete the application and submit the fee only to reject my application based on the reason that I specifically told her I didn’t want to apply in the first place. There is definitely something shady going on at this apartment complex and the manager Brenda Collado is unethical in her business practices. I urge you to look elsewhere.

  **updated review** I initially left a very nasty review due to being frustrated with issues with my AC, however, it has since been resolved. I love this apartment. I love the location. I love the amenities. Me and my children feel safe here. Maintenance does respond in a timely manner to your requests. They do things throughout the month like donuts, ice cream, food trucks, etc. and I feel that it makes them unique compared to other apartment complexes. I also love that when I went to sign my lease, it was not a huge increase compared to other apartment complexes, which I appreciate. I plan to live here until I buy my home.

  Any question I had was answered, I never felt ignored. I was told “read the lease, don’t sign until you tour the actual apartment then make a decision” that meant so much to me. If you read the lease everything is spelled out. The Apartment itself is beautiful. Definitely worth checking out for yourself.
