    I recently purchased a new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Heritage in Parkville. James Cook was my Finance Manager at Heritage. He did an exceptional job explaining everything to me and ensured I got the best possible interest rate. James was very professional, and his honesty was easy to see. I am 60 years old and have bought many vehicles. Going through the financing part can be the most challenging. James will look out for you and show his caring ways. I even had some questions afterwards about the warranty purchase and James made himself available to answer them. Thanks Steve Moore

    They really need to work on communicating with their call center. I wasted gas and time leaving work early to drive to my appointment, called and said I was running a few minutes late coming from the city and stuck in traffic to which they said it was no problem at all. Just to get there at 4:35 and be told the tech leaves at five so they won't be able to do the oil change. The lady at the desk showed zero sympathy and brushed it off as "oh you must have spoken to the call center" No sorry for the misunderstanding, and extremely condescending. Customer service needs a lot of work.

    I have owned my vehicle for 7 years and it has only ever been serviced at Heritage Automotive. Despite consistent maintenance, I have faced ongoing and costly issues. By the time this vehicle is paid off, I will have spent approximately $130,000, nearly triple its value. Key concerns include: • Radiator replaced 4 years ago is now leaking again. The dealership cannot explain why and wants me to pay $1,120 for the repair. • Ongoing oil leaks that persisted for months with no clear resolution. • A ticking noise repair that I paid for remained unresolved, later reclassified as a different issue requiring additional costs. • My vehicle’s internal dash cam is disconnected every time it is serviced, raising concerns about integrity. • Lack of loaner vehicles has left me stranded and even caused me to miss a family trip, as I could not afford both a rental and repeated repair bills. I feel I am being taken advantage of as a loyal customer. I am requesting accountability, full coverage of the radiator repair, and a review of the dealership’s service practices.

    Terrible customer service! Once you purchase the vehicle they give you the run around regarding servicing your vehicle. We were given 3 appointments, showed up and no service! I would not recommend

    I just wanted to give a shout out to the service team for helping me get back on the road and catching my flight. I had 4 hour drive to complete from their dealership in Baltimore to JFK International. I needed my transmission output speed sensor changed on my old van. They had one, they swapped it out and I made my flight. I know it was a wrench thrown into their day and not scheduled at all, but they made it happen- attitudes and all! Very grateful for the Service Manager for the helping hand.
