  I love living here! Ms. Porter and Ashley are always so helpful and friendly. The community is beautiful, the location is convenient, and my apartment feels affordable and luxurious. Highly recommend!

  I’m a current resident and I just want to highlight how great Ms. Porter has been. She always goes above and beyond to help, answers questions quickly, and truly cares about the residents. Whenever I need assistance, she is patient, professional, and makes sure everything is handled. I really appreciate her support — thank you, Ms. Porter!

  I am a true resident and the pictures are the property which has red doors. In June, I moved on this property everyone wanted to tell me their experience, I listened. Most of the tenants and children are very respectable, the children always play with my pet. My dog makes friends quickly though. However, I am an introvert and a private person. I do not socialize as much with anyone but speak at times. I do not know anyone on a first name basis maybe that seems a little detached. I am going to be honest about my review, that it would not cause retaliatory actions. I had a very uncomfortable experience with someone and I reported it to management. I had to create distance, cease all communication and set boundaries. Then I had an unwelcoming experience due to my door mat which reads "Lord is the head of my house". A constitutional right to Freedom of Speech, Expression and Religion. Many religious people express themselves through covering their heads but to receive such hate by an adult with children and spitting on a mat demostrates a very unstable and violent person. I do not condone violence. I sent the video to immigration, police, ice and other agencies. I did not know my door mat would cause my apartment or car to be vandalized, either. ADA accomondations, I request it but do not receive a response. I am disabled, it's been difficult to get around so I have not traveled throughout the property yet. My caregiver was very concerned about the entrance door. Someone cut my screen with a knife, what is really going on? There are a lot of pictures in my possession and maintenance issues but when I call maintenance they do come on time. There was a lot of questionable traffic that is concerning and the shooting brought some negativity impact. I never met the property manager I've been here for about 8 months. Ashley I met, my dog loves her, and the former leasing agent moved me on the property. I have not met the new leasing agent.

  I had an amazing experience at Heritage at Waters Landing thanks to Porter, one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever met. She truly went above and beyond to help me through every step of the process. From the moment I reached out, she was patient, professional, and kind always answering my questions and making sure I understood everything clearly. What stood out the most was how much she cared about helping me find the right place, not just making a sale. She worked hard to make things smooth and stress-free, and she kept her word every time. You can tell she genuinely wants the best for her clients. If you’re looking for a new home, I highly recommend Heritage at Waters Landing, and especially Porter she’s absolutely amazing!
