  The parking lot is full by 9 pm every night, causing you to have to park blocks away. As a young woman, this was very unsettling. During the worst snow storm of the winter, Heritage left the snow untreated for two days, causing a thick layer of ice to form. They decided to hire someone on a small vehicle (basically a Gator with LED lights attached to it?!) to plow this at 2 am two days later. There is no sound proofing whatsoever. Trains, people, whatever, you’ll hear it all. The dumpster area is horrible. Bags on bags of trash for days. The complex reeked of dog pee and poop. The package system is a hot mess as well- I had to start getting my packages shipped to friends houses or family nearby if I actually wanted to receive my items. The gym is a nightmare- there’s never any wipes to clean the equippment and everything felt sticky. You will never be able to get your floors fully clean because there are a million paint splatters all over. There are so many better apartment complexes in the area that are almost the exact same price. The location and proximity to Oakley square is the only thing good about this apartment.

  Do not live here. There is not enough parking for residents so it often forces people who get home later to park in illegal spots or on the street. If you dare to park in an illegal spot they will have you towed in the middle of the night. Mind you none of these illegal spots have any signs that say no parking. If you want to get any packages, you need to have them sent to another pick up location otherwise they will get stolen from the makeshift package room. Maintenance also takes weeks or months to do any repairs.

  This apartment complex has been going down hill for a few years now. When I first lived here we had a package system, the maintenance was great and the amenities were clean and useable. In the last year or so all of those things have changed. Starting with the package system, mail carriers/ Amazon workers can't ever figure out how to get into the building (because it's not a mail room) and we've even had issues with workers keys not working to get into the building. IF they are even able to get in the packages are left scattered everywhere and placed into a room that is listed as an "amenity" movie room. We are constantly getting packages delivered to the wrong place or not at all. Next is the pool area, not only is there no structure to who can be at the pool and what they're doing but it is totally ran down. The "sunbathing area" is totally cracked and the entire pool base is cracking/ consistently dirty. There are very limited pool chairs and the ones that are there are always broken. The walls inside the units are dirty, lights always out, trash valet is a joke and the dumpers are filled with trash overflowing. We also had a pest control problem that was not addressed until we followed up with the company and still then was never followed up after that instance. No maintenance, dirty hall ways, overflowing trash, terrible amenities, and the leasing office doesn't do anything about it. I will be ending this lease as soon as possible.

  I’ve lived at Heritage for the past three and a half years and Paul and Ashley have been SO INCREDIBLY GOOD to me! They are like family. Anytime I’ve ever had an issue they immediately responded to my needs. Even when the maintenance crew was thin (do agree with some of the comments), Paul did his best to at least accommodate a quick fix, whatever was in his power to do. He and Ashley go above and beyond for residents, and they are always wonderful to see! Love this staff so much!

  Paul Ashley and maintenance are the best! Always come fix things as soon as I need it. Resigned my lease and would do it again.
