  I genuinely do love where I am living! Its safe, peggy and tori are amazing! Food Truck Fridays are a cant miss, all year round hot tub, and overall amazing unit compared to others in springs! They have worked with us so many different times and have helped us deal with many issues! - Cadence

  !!!!!!!!PLEASE COMMENT BELOW I'm not sure if anyone else is going through the same things. Me and my children have been here since January and every two to three months we break out in hives on our face or inner thighs. Is anyone else experiencing any similar symptoms?

  My interaction with Peggy the last few times is what lead me here to leave a review. I love it here. I been here since last October and absolutely adore my home and the amenities are exceptional with the hot tub and pool and the Gym that I utilize daily! I also love the community events and the food trucks every Friday!!!! Best one so far has been Zings BBQ. Besides all that Peggy makes addressing concerns easy! She’s patient and quick with a response. She’s fair and understanding. So far my interactions with her has been 10/10. I also have to add with all the community events I have gotten the chance to meet some really nice neighbors everyone is so friendly and everyone has pets which I love. I enjoy being able to pet people animals while making small talk this is truly a great community!!!

  This place keeps getting worse. They removed tiles from my fireplace for "routine inspection" after a fire in one of the buildings. They still haven't replaced the tiles and it has been two months. I have this ugly gaping hole. My garage was broken into from the INSIDE. The cameras are fake. We lose power at least once a month. My neighbor's balcony looks on the verge of collapse and my floor feels that way in spots as well. The stairs have not been finished, the wood is exposed, which is a potential hazard. I hate it here so much. The rent shoukd be a lot cheaper than it is.

  Dog poop EVERYWHERE! Every time I visit this place I am astounded by the amount of dog poop sitting everywhere but in the poop basket. The problem is very much out of control and no one cares. The problem is SO BAD that this should be a 1 star review, but maybe they are going through a management change or something else.
