The customer service at this location was next to none. Keep up the great work, guys. Mr Tom deserves a pay raise because he went above and beyond for this truck driver, albeit a contract driver, but I felt like I was a part of the Herc family while I was there. He seems to take really good care of the customers, and he just seems like an all-around great employee. I highly recommend this Herc location for all your rental needs while in the area.
