- ASAndrea SmithSep 4, 20241.0Horrible customer service. I rented an excavator for two weeks. The first week I got charged $1,803. The second week you’d think would have been the same amount but it went up $500. So I got charged $4,000 instead of $3,600. They stated it was for gas and taxes. I’ve never seen gas and taxes cost that much. The equipment went down for three days and they took forever to fix it because a part had to come in. They never reimbursed me the money for the time I never used it. Never again will I take my business there.
