- DCDavid ChunnOct 30, 20171.0Do NOT do any business with this location. I rented a bobcat on 10/17/17 and returned the equipment on 10/18/17 as agreed. The invoice reflected a charge of $413 and they charged my credit card $519 WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. I called this location and was told the refueling charge is $10+ per gallon of fuel. The contract states that refueling charge applies to equipment valued less than $5,000 and holds less than 3 gallons. The equipment was delivered at less than a full tank. The guy said it does not apply to commercial equipment but the contract does NOT state that in any paragraph. Very sleezy for a business to increase the charge on your credit card by over $100 WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. Very unethical and dishonest business practices at this location. STAY AWAY from these dishonest people.
