Their online inventory is not accurate. Will rent you items and then later call you to tell you it’s not available. Very unhelpful.

Rude morning guy at the desk. Got here to unload 6 skylifts at 7am and he's saying I can't unload them by myself because of safety and I need to wait until 9am when someone can unload them. But where damn was safety when I loaded them by myself at the other Herc branch. He's giving an attitude without reason. If you don't like your job just go home bud don't take it on others.
