Muhammed is a national treasure for how friendly, detail-oriented, and quick he was with coordinating my purchase of a certified pre-owned Crosstrek and the trade-in of my existing vehicle. I mentioned that it would take me about an hour to travel to their lot, and he dedicated that entire block of time to staging my test drive vehicles and getting preliminary paperwork together for my review. Two weeks later, and the communication and follow-ups from Muhammed really seal the deal on making me a customer for life.

- LGLesley GarnaiSep 7, 20251.0April 21. I bought a car and you handled the transferring the tags from my old car. A few weeks later you called, said there’s an issue, and said you’d look into it. A few weeks later, I stopped by on a Saturday to inquire. You said you’d call me three days later and extended my temporary tag. Three weeks later, no call. I called you. You said the transfer was good and to attach the plates from my old car. Last Thursday. I was in a hit and run accident. While at the hospital, the police towed it to safety. I can’t have insurance take possession of it. Why? The police report, based on the plate number, cited my old car because the tags were never actually transferred. You lied to me numerous times and now it’s causing a wealth of problems. On top of that, you emailed me someone else’s documents that had all of their confidential information.

I spoke with Brandon Le and he provided exceptional customer service. Literally a 10/10. I told him exactly what I wanted and he gave me just that. Brandon even went as far as getting the paperwork started and figured out the out of state registration fees/taxes for me. I usually dread going into dealerships because of the length of time it all takes, but this experience changed everything for me. I’ll never settle for a dealership or employee who doesn’t set this standard!! Thank you Herb Gordon and Brandon for helping me out and getting my new car!

David went out of his way to ensure that a particular dealer-installed option that was the only thing not already in the vehicle was in stock and installed while we were finishing the purchase. Kudos all around, including Kevin Singh and his service department for getting that option installed quickly.
