  July/25 - I’m still angry just thinking about this. My partner was genuinely excited to buy a toy—something they carefully picked out, clearly marked with a specific price on the box. But when we got to the register, the employee rang it up for 20% more. When my partner calmly pointed out the price on the sticker, the employee didn’t even flinch—she ripped the sticker off the box right in front of us and claimed the higher price was “correct.” It was one of the most blatantly dishonest things I’ve seen in a retail store. My partner was shocked and upset—caught completely off guard and put in a position where speaking up felt pointless. Watching someone I care about get taken advantage of like that, with zero apology or accountability, was absolutely infuriating. This store clearly doesn’t care about its customers. If you value fairness, honesty, or basic decency, do not shop here. There’s no excuse for what they did. We left feeling scammed, disrespected, and completely disgusted. You should too.

  SCAM! I had an incredibly frustrating and frankly infuriating experience at this toy store. I picked out an item clearly marked with a lower sticker price—only to be charged 20% more at checkout. When I politely pointed out the discrepancy, the store representative ripped off the original price sticker right in front of me and claimed the higher price was correct. No apology, no explanation—just blatant deception. This wasn’t a simple mistake; it was a sketchy bait-and-switch move that left me feeling scammed. It’s deeply concerning that a children's toy store would operate with such dishonest practices. If this is how they treat customers, I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. Don’t reward this kind of shady behavior. They lost my trust—and my business—for good.

  This store is full of high quality toys for kids of all ages. It’s a must visit if you are looking for gifts kids will actually use. Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable- thanks for the help Asia!
