  Upon reading the review that stated the lady at the front desk (in Florence, AL) was so rude, we were prepared for a rude employee upon entering the business. OMG! That person that wrote the review was so wrong! Maybe he was having a bad day or maybe he misunderstood her because We met the so called rude lady and I have to tell you, she is one of the most pleasant, nicest, friendliest person we have met with helping us with our special glass order. Her name is Angie and she asked us a lot of questions so she can make sure she understood what we were needing. She also told us, since we did not need them to come out and measure (a service they offer) since we already new the size we wanted, that if the size we gave her was wrong, that would be on us and we absolutely and totally agreed. We so appreciated her professionalism, friendliness and the fact she loves dogs, we knew she was a great person! We were so surprised when she called today to say our tempered glass was ready to be picked up. The guys carried our order out to and placed it in our vehicle, ever so gently, instead of us having to do so. I highly recommend Hendrix Glass Service Inc in Florence Alabama and will definitely use them again! Thank you Angie!!

  Had hendrix come out and install a barn door style shower with rain glass and cant say how much we love it and have them coming back again to do our newest shower highly recommend they do a great job and clean up their mess
