He had a very nice, brand-new car and we needed a safe, secure location to store it while we waited for the probate process to complete. Brenda and Shannon worked with us to understand what we needed. Their advice and guidance helped us to choose the best plan for our needs. Living out of state and not being nearby to check on the car was very challenging. Both Brenda and Shannon stayed in close communication with us and were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Making payments online was very easy and the statements were very clear and easy to read. When we were finally ready to collect the car and "move out" of the spot, Brenda and Shannon welcomed us back with open arms as though we were family. The move out process was simple, quick and easy. Their kindness and grace during this difficult time is so deeply appreciated.

Stayed outside with us while it rained, came inside and let us know our options. We hadn't planned on renting yet, just wanted info but we couldn't pass it up. Good job Shannon.
