Got a beautiful customer shower door without breaking the bank and couldn’t be happier Also the installers were very clean and were a joy to have in the home
- ECEric CrawfordAug 23, 20255.0Recently I had the broken glass in a basement window repaired by Henderson Glass in Lansing. On the Friday I was to pick up the finished window, I did not notice the call from the office saying it was ready, because I had a new phone was somehow set to "Do not disturb." When I realized I needed to check on the window, I called the office but learned that it had closed an hour early. Since I was going out of town that weekend for two weeks I really needed to get the window back! The Henderson rep who had answered my call was at another Henderson location, but she kindly offered to contact Kaylee Ferris, the Assistant Manager in the Lansing office. Kaylee then called and texted me and offered to meet me at the office on Saturday morning to hand over my window. This was incredibly nice of her to do! I so much appreciated her willingness to take her own time to help a customer in need on the weekend! The window itself was expertly repaired, so overall my experience with Henderson has been outstanding and I highly recommend them!
