  That was my first time going there, I was completely blown away. The restaurant, the service and the food was all amazing. I will be going back there again!!

  Got a Ceaser Salad it was not good at all. It was supposed to be Romain lettuce, but it was white chunks of lettuce, no green lettuce. Poor quality for the price they charge. The chicken was salty. I ended up throwing it away.

  It's a little embarrassing that I've lived in St. Louis my whole life and this was my first time checking this place out! Better late than never, though, right? ​We popped in early on a Saturday, which was definitely the move—we completely beat the crowd and got a great seat on the outdoor patio. Our server was absolutely lovely: super pleasant, accommodating, and thoughtful. She even noticed we were swatting at some pesky outside flies and instantly brought over one of those little oscillating fans to keep them away. That's next-level service! ​For lunch, I went with the Salmon BLT, and my mom got the fish tacos. Both were genuinely delicious and hit the spot. At our server's recommendation, we shared a slice of the carrot cake. No exaggeration, it's the best I've had in a long time. ​Count on us to be back!

  Always a delight to dine here (especially on the patio!) OR for office take-out! Hendel's is North County / Old Town Florrisant iconic and is a MUST for date night / girl's night out. The entire staff always happy and willing to be of service and the food options available will please any palate! I have been a customer of Hendel's for over 20 years and am so happy they continue to exist - truly a mainstay of this quaint and historic community!
