Hempy's Events provides event planning services for birthdays, anniversaries, conferences, family reunions, church events, and small weddings, as well as group outings and church missions for Houston, TX and surrounding areas.
How does your refund policy work for canceling services?
For Group Outings: A full refund is provided if canceled 30 days or more before the event. No refund is available if canceled within 29 days of the event.
For Event Planning & Services:
Cancel up to 90 days before for a full refund.
A 50% refund is offered for cancellations made 30-89 days before the event.
Cancellations within 29 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
How are refunds issued?
Refunds are processed using the original payment method. If a cashier’s check or money order was used, a refund check will be mailed to the recorded address within 10 days, adhering to our policy.
What are your accepted payment methods?
Payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and Square are accepted by Hempy’s Events.
Do you accept payments from international credit cards?
International credit cards are currently not accepted by Hempy’s Events.
Can I use cashier’s checks or money orders for payment?
Cashier's checks and money orders are accepted. We do not take personal checks. For more information, please get in touch with our support team.
Do you provide a catalog of your services?
No catalog is available as Hempy’s Events offers customized services to suit individual client needs.
