Hemingway’s Tavern is an epicurean adventure inspired by the life and writings of Nobel and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Ernest Hemingway. With an emphasis on his beloved Key West home, the menu incorporates ambitious Floribbean flavors along with signature sandwiches, specials and classic dishes executed to perfection. Popular choices include the world-famous Cuban Sandwich, Snapper Hemingway, Key West Bowl, Bison Burger and Truffle Fries. If brunch is on the agenda, Hemingway’s serves up a popular menu from 10am to 2pm on weekends. Ernest “Papa” Hemingway was also renowned for sharing a cocktail or two with his pals in the “Key West Mob,” especially his favorite Mojito. - MMMichealtoday5.0I sat at the bar Chris the bartender and another young lady working with him on a Friday night( I can't remember her name ) were amazing ! Extremely attentive and have great team work . He made me the best lemon drop , is so nice as was she . Chris was very patient suggesting things from the menu, offered water once I started ordering drinks . Even gave me a charger to borrow when my phone was dying . The lobster carbonara was amazing !!!! Delicious ! The staff here is very friendly another server came suggested I order chocolate dip for my beignets , everyone just are well trained on customer care hospitality and professionalism . This will be my new weekend spot . The only thing I will say is I didn't get a chance to meet a manager. Usually at restaurants there's one walking by around checking on everyone . But that's not a big deal it was a busy night .

Management was around to checking on us too and so generous. The food was delicious, hot and out in perfect time for our 7 lil people. The atmosphere was fun and friendly. Thank you for making it a great family celebration!!!

I also appreciate the mix of Caribbean flavors. Plantains chips/ fush dip was good. Overall, I wasn't blown away by the flavors and also think the Caribbean flavors lacked authenticity. The restaurant itself looked like a nice chill place/ family place.

I ordered the grilled barramundi and it was cooked to perfection, while my partner’s pasta was rich and creamy. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was cozy yet stylish, perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Definitely one of the best spots in Melbourne — can’t wait to come back!
- MMMarkOct 5, 20255.0The menu is extremely large.And it has quite a few variations I doubt you can go there and not find something that'll please anybody Every one of the dishes that we had was delicious and tasteful Since this was my first time at their location, the waitress offered to give us a little extra time through the menu. Unfortunately, a little extra time turned into a lot of extra time and some of my associates we're getting tired When the food arrived while it was mostly warm, it's certainly not to be subscribed.As hot So I presume, it's cylinder, heat lamps for a little while I also felt that their pricing was a bit on the high side.I realized that they have to suffer with rental rates in the miami area.But that was their choice. One of our people had a regular old cheeseburger.It was fourteen dollars Unless of course you wanted french fries with your burger... I'm gonna go back there again and give them another shot after all.Sometimes good quality of product does win out over price Besides which, they do offer a Bison hamburger
