  I could not recommend this place enough. Already mentioned about them to 2 friends. My mom had a very bad episode of back pain. She went to emerg, got an MRI and it was nerve compression, disc stenosis and some other disc related stuff but no herniation. She couldnt even stay standing up for 10 minutes. The pain was awful, radiating to her legs. We went to a chiropractor and he literally only touched her and stated she will need many more sessions, which is fine but my mom needed immediate relief. Then I went to Dr Rafael after reading the reviews. He said she needs spinal decompression and massage. We had no hope, thats how much pain she was in. We bought 10 packages of treatment and omg she had immediate relief after the first session!!!! She could cook, clean, stand up without pain. She just did her 6th session and she couldnt be happier! She stopped taking all the pain medication after the first session. So if you have back pain and not a surgical candidate or tired of taking pain meds, you have to see Dr Rafael. THANK YOU!!!!

  My husband and I were searching for a physical therapy clinic nearby and came across Helse Clinic on Google. We’ve been patients for over two years now and we’ve had nothing but positive things to say about the clinic, all the Staff and our overall experience. Thank you to Dr. Raf, Chris, and Mary! We truly appreciate the care, detail, and professionalism!

  I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Raf and his team at Helse Clinic. They are truly the best in the city - always welcoming, professional, and effective in their treatments. Every visit makes a difference, and I always leave feeling so much better.

  I had such a great experience at this clinic! Dr. Raf and everyone there are super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. Another plus is that they are open everyday of the week, even sundays, making it more convenient for their patients busy schedules. The chiropractor really listens and takes the time to explain things, which I really appreciated. I’m already feeling so much better after a few visits, and I couldn’t be happier with the care. Definitely recommend!

  Dr Raf and the staff at Helse Clinic Scarborough are amazing! They are friendly, gentle, kind and treat the patients with respect and care. They deserve more than five stars. Dr Raf and staff pride themselves on being on time and targeting a treatment plan catered to each patient. It’s a one stop shop but not a one size fits all. They create an effective treatment plan catered to each patient. Thank you Helse Clinic Scarborough.
