I called to ask if they do cistern repairs. The girl on the phone said no. I asked if she knew anybody in the area that did cistern repairs, and she informed me she didn't know what a cistern was. Professionally speaking, don't tell people you don't work on a specific thing if you DON'T KNOW what that specific thing is. Instead, go ask someone else who knows more, because you might have just lost your company money.
Follow up to the reply and phone calls: "service" is defined as "the action of helping or doing work for someone." While you did not provide "work" on my property, I did not feel "helped" over the phone and that is why the 1 star review remains. I called other companies in the area who said "I don't know if we do but let me ask around." Similarly, I work in an industry which provides a vital SERVICE to people and if I can't help someone or don't know an answer, I ask someone who can/does. It seems you're more concerned with the review than looking into the reason why I called in the first place. Please stop calling me just to ask me to take down my review.
