  If you want to deal with real people on-site, avoid this location. I reserved and paid for a storage unit online, received my gate code, and drove to the facility — only to find that the code didn’t work. I rang the doorbell with no answer, then called the support number. The representative said they would notify the site manager and that I’d receive a call back. No one ever called. I went back two hours later — same issue. The gate code still didn’t work, no one answered the doorbell, and when I called again, I was told the manager would call me back. An hour later, still nothing. When I called a third time, I was told there was nothing they could do because the office “closes at 6 p.m.” — even though it was only 5:50. Extremely frustrating experience and poor communication. It almost feels like a scam.

  The people that work here are very caring an work with u in anyway they can. I would refer people to rent from them.

  Bill was Very helpful. To start,, I could’ve paid for a more expensive deal on a very small unit, but as honest as this guy was, he offered the cheapest online prices saving me money. And with that, he assured that the security cam, in the case of a robbery, were able to identify unknown individuals. I had also needed a lock, and he gave me a great deal on the lock so I wouldn’t have to make a drive to get a new one. He he been very helpful and made the process easy. Thanks bill
