  Staff was busy chatting with each other rather than helping customers to find size, color. They were more interested to put things back on the clothes hanger super fast rather than a sales mindset. It was a poor store experience overall.

  Went in on a busy Saturday afternoon and the 3 sales people who were on the floor were engaged in some sort of conversation that was clearly more important than greeting the near 10 people in the store. My husband loves the service pants for work and we’ve always purchased them from Mark’s Work Warehouse but wanted to give the actual brand’s flagship location a try - big mistake. The funny thing is, when we entered the store, we were ignored and they carried on with their conversation but when we left, all 3 of them said goodbye? Maybe it’s time to get some new hires….
