  I'm in tears!!! I've only had my car for going on 5 months now and there have been so many issues with this vehicle and the service that I have received from this dealership. My check engine light came on the 1st month I had it and it went off so the dealership told me not to bring it in because thr light went off. Next, there were 4 indicator lights. They came on at the same time. And so when I went to the duluship, I was told that the Max care warranty didn't cover the issue, which was extremely disappointing. I was gonna have to pay $3100, and what's the cost of the rental car, because the warranty didn't cover the issue. But that's not it... when I purchased the vehicle I test drove it, I asked them the pros and cons about the vehicle, the cost of maintenance all the necessary questions. Then I didn't know until I got to financing signing all the documents that the car was in the accident, and no one told me. At that time, I felt as though I was being deceived and they were hiding things. I still move forward in purchasing the vehicle because I thought it was still an ok price and I needed to purchase that day. There are other things but this is a warning get the vehicle you are thinking about purchasing, inspect it before you purchase. The dealership will not want to take responsibility before selling you a defective vehicle.

  From the moment I walked in, my sales representative Juan Fernandez was very professional, courteous, and attentive with my kids and me. While we were talking about different types of vehicles he got my kids some food drinks and chips made them happy for the second time. He help me to get my first Jeep in 2022 and recently made a trade in and got another newer Jeep. If your thinking about getting a new or pre-owned vehicle come to Juan Fernandez he will take care of you and your family. I appreciated how patient he was as I considered my options.
