Excellent attention to detail, you get to meet the actual groomer handling your pet, the work is top notch, prices are reasonable, very fast (compared to other places I've tried). There's a real commitment to customer satisfaction that's very apparent. Was hesitant from some previous reviews but I believe there's some new ownership and I've not experienced any of the negatives. Pricing is clear and value of the various options is spelled out and well discussed. I feel very comfortable with handing off my bb to them and know they're going to give him such great care

The owner and staff are all lovely people. Eddie really does care about the community he has his business at and gives back a lot. Extremely grateful for his kindness towards my senior foster.

The experience here is OK ✅ A couple of the stylists do a a nice job but other times his hair was cut too short especially at the ears where I keep it long.It is conveniently located so when I moved to the area it was what I could manage distance wise. We had a dedicated dog salon for 4 years in a different city in Texas. The difference in the salons is drastic. No hair reference charts or palettes. Few dog treats and few decorative add ons (bandanas, bows, treats for dogs). No published prices on boards or stationery. Price plus add ons are vague, little signage instead a dry erase board! The general experience of the office is cold and I think it has much to do with the owner. He does not seem to invest back into the store. I write this negative review because of comments the owner made about me when he thought he was off the phone. Including other times in the office when he was cold and or rude. On one Saturday morning I dropped my dog off with a green brace and retractable leash. The staff who attended us were cordial. I sent a family member to pick him up when I was notified. I told the staff they would pick my dog up for me. My family member paid at pickup then sent a photo to me of my dog after their cut. When I opened the photo later as I was busy, he did not have his brace nor leash but instead a standard blue one provided by the shop. This was Saturday so they closed earlier and were more rushed to leave. I called back and tried to coordinate a time I could pick up the items on Monday when the shop was open again. I was getting ready for an event so a family member was dog sitting. The owner insisted to come to me, I tried to communicate I was tied up and far and could instead pick up Monday. He further berated me with questions where I was so he could drop it off to me right away. I was farther than 20 minutes away in a private business. I offered instead to pick it up later. He kept insisting to bring it to me asking where I was and where I lived etc etc. I was overwhelmed with the line of questioning as I was offering to instead pick it up Monday. So I was panicking and was trying to answer. But I sometimes have tics or stutter and also english is not my first language. I began to stutter and he so harshly like repeated my stutter back to pronounce or finish what I was trying to stay. He was clearly agitated with me trying to bring it to me or where I stayed etc etc. I had to quickly think because he wasn’t going to let me pick it up Monday. I finally gave him my home address where I said he could leave with the leasing office but they would close around 530. He said he would get it there etc etc. I said okay thank you! As they were hanging up he shouted out “OH MY GOD. SHE WAS HAVING A FREAKING HEART ATTACK.”. Then the phone clicked. It was my birthday event too 😭 And yah he gave me a panic attack trying to bring it to me. I did not hear back from him Saturday. Sunday the leasing office was closed and so was the salon. I checked in with the leasing office Monday. They said no one came by. I called the salon Monday before close and a staff member told me he told her he left it with the leasing office.I got a hold of the owner by phone call a day later. So my dog was without his gear for 4 days. He told me he left it there with the leasing office in the leasing office. I told him they communicated no one had come by. He then like finally answered like he had actually just left it INSIDE the leasing office hidden somewhere 😭 But didn’t quite remember 😭 I had to go to the leasing office to jog his memory. Eventually we figured it out together. After the call ended I found it inside a random unmarked unlocked empty drawer of a built in dresser situated in the hallway of the office 😭 Thankfully no one stole it!
