I had questions and concerns but when I went into the office the staff was not able to answer my questions. And it turned out I was able to get much lower rates for both my cars and my house.
The State Farm web site is very unhelpful. For example I wanted to stop auto payments and was unable to do that. I was sent a link from one of Hedi’s assistants to do this but the link wanted me to agree to a document that I could not access. I have a masters degrees in electrical engineering and the State Farm web site baffled me. I would recommend staying away.
