Greg was extremely kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in my choices.   This review is specifically calling out Greg Santos, who setup my insurance policy. State Farm had a central side payment failure when he was trying to take care of me. He did everything he possibly could. It’s all the more impressive when you give excellent customer service when things are going poorly. I’m happy with the service, I got a good policy, and managed to pay for it. Thank you Greg.
