  After receiving a quote from Lauren and shopping around I decided to order a rebuilt transmission from them. I sent her an email back saying let's do it. She called and we discussed things again then she sent me an invoice for $175 above the original quote for insurance on the delivery. I emailed back questioning it and she explained that they had cost another customer $26,500 on a damaged/burnt up engine that they had shipped with a obviously underinsured company. We went back and forth a couple times and then she says that they normally use FedEx and I'm covered without the extra $175 insurance throwing up more red flags.. I thought about it overnight, looked up their reviews and found nothing good so I decided to pay more for a transmission from a more reputable company.

  Purchased a used motor for $9000 when I received it a part was broken so we took the part off the old motor and replaced it. I notified Lauren of what had happened. After the motor was installed it took 4 months for them to come pick up the engine core for my supposedly $1000 core. They sent me a check for $500 saying parts were missing. Talk about getting screwed
