After several heating specialists came out to our church to fix a problem, HPE was the only team to resolve it, and in about 5 minutes. We have been going with them ever since. They were communicative, fairly priced and very friendly.

I live across the street from this business and their workers are CONSTANTLY making so much noise at 530am by dropping things into a dumpster and just making so much noise. They seem to have no regard for the sleeping neighbors across the street, not realizing that they are waking us up with all yard work they're doing. Please have some common courtesy and wait til after 8pm to make so much noise.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a "bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace". $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.
