  I spoke with Marquita about an apartment and she invited me out to the property to show me a 1 bedroom I came on her lunch break and I thank her for taking the time to do this for me. Been looking for a while and I think this the place because of her. Hopefully I can move in soon.

  Me and my husband went to look at a 2bedroom apartment and it was really nice. The apartment had a lot of space and the building was clean. The office staff was amazing. I highly recommend. The property manager answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable.

  I greatly appreciate Marquita the property manager and her office team. They were very helpful with giving me the information about the apartment that I want. The apartment has everything I need 2 bedroom is just right for me. Thank you ladies

  Jasmin and Marquita definitely know what they are doing! So many decisions to be made and not knowing where to start. Well these ladies definitely knew how to help, they worked their magic and made it happen! They were so polite, attentive, and charismatic! Their energy and support made this decision an easy one! 10/10 recommend!

  I have looked at so many apartments and the way these apart Look and the professionalism of Marquita the property manager and her leasing agent Jasmin the way they explained the process and helping with me with my application was amazing. Even my dad was impressed. Coming from a different state made this process smooth for me. Application is done and all I am waiting on is to move in. Thank you ladies for everything and can’t wait to have my housewarming event.
