Appointment was set. When they did not show, I called only to be told an appointment was not on their books. Put on hold and when someone else came on line was asked what the problem was with the boiler. This was an appointment for upgrade of heat system. Clearly the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Would not recommend.
