Immensely helpful and well structured Dementia Training Program. Diane was very knowledgeable and engaging. Even though I’ve been in the field for many years, I still walked away, learning a lot. Highly recommended.

Best CPR class I’ve been in. I had to take outside of work short notice and was able to get a class the same day. Diane is so personable. Made it fun and realistic. Would recommend getting your certification here!

I took the Dementia/Alzheimer’s class with Diane and honestly, I’m really glad I did. She made everything super easy to understand and kept it interesting the whole time. You can tell she really knows her stuff and actually cares about what she’s teaching. The dementia part was especially helpful — I walked away with a better understanding of what people with Alzheimer’s go through, and some real tools for how to handle tough situations. It didn’t feel like just textbook info — she shared a lot of real-life experiences too, which made it more engaging. Overall, Diane made a serious topic feel approachable. Super informative without being boring or overwhelming. I highly recommend Heart and Mind Training if you’re thinking about taking a class like this. I'll return to Heart and Mind Training when I need to become CPR certified, knowing that she trains that as well. Thanks again, Diane.
