  I can't say enough good things about Hearing Solutions. When my father started having difficulties hearing, it took a while for him to decide to go and see Beth a bout hearing aids. Beth made it so easy to get an appointment for a hearing test and was able to get my father set up with hearing aids the same day (not sure if this is always the case but it was for us.) Not only that, she checked in with me after the appointment to see how things were going. Beth has gone above and beyond to make sure that everything works. She helped us set up the TV streamer and has been available for multiple follow ups with my father to adjust his hearing aids when any issues arise. The personalized service has been priceless for my parents. It's really been a blessing for my parents who can much more easily communicate, even while using the TV streamer thanks you to Beth's help making sure it was set up right. While the set up isn't overly difficult, it is daunting for older folks who might not be comfortable with tech and it's been easy to communicate with Beth while setting things up. It's the continued support and service that truly makes the difference for my family. Thank you, Hearing Solutions

  While I suppose a hearing test is a hearing test, I'm a guy who always has a lot of questions. Beth was remarkably patient in answering them. She was also informative. My only suggestion is to be aware that there are two buildings to 100 morse st and she is behind the one you see from the road, not obvious unless you know. Anyway, I full heartedly recommend Beth. My BC BS covered it too!

  had a problem with a Resound hearing aid and called Beth to make an appointment to get it repaired. She was doing curb side drop off's but first asked me a few questions. Seems that wearing a mask all the time with the humidity effected my aid. She walked me through a simple process over the phone and the issue was resolved. Beth is the best.
