  We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Our dog Bleu had surgery today, and Dr. Graham did an amazing job. I even had an ~interesting~ request, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Every staff member we interacted with was so kind and reassuring, they made us feel completely confident in our choice of leaving Bleu in their care. I’m so grateful for their compassion, attention to detail, and the way they truly treat every pet like their own, as well as us like friends! Thanks guys, you rock!! 💙💙

  I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Graham Smith and the staff at HP. I’ve been bringing my dog Lydia to Dr. Graham since we adopted her and we’ve been so lucky to have him caring for her, 11 years and counting. He’s always thorough, patient, and kind. Lydia is a high-stress dog when it comes to vet visits, but Dr. Graham handles her anxiety (and chaos!) with calm professionalism and a great sense of humor. I’ve always appreciated his thoughtful, conservative approach to care. Lydia hasn’t always been an inexpensive girl when it comes to her health, but I’ve consistently found this office to be fair, transparent, and reasonable.

  Very very expensive !!! Took my cat in as she was sick, doctor did a regular exam and did not know the cause but gave her an anti biotic shot, the whole visit lasted about 10 minutes The bill was almost $400 which is ridiculous !!! They are price gaugers I will never go back again

  Healthy Pets has cared for my dog Taffy since I first adopted her 11 years ago as a failed foster. She has seen multiple veterinarians at the office throughout the years, including Drs. Picking and Kulp, who always provided excellent care. She has had dental cleanings, yearly check-ups, and surgery to remove skin growths and I have always been satisfied. However, it was the care she received from Dr. Waylen (and Dr. Keller) related to her most recent ailment that pushed me to leave a review. Taffy was diagnosed with a mass in her small intestine, which caused numerous issues and surgery to remove it (resectioning) was an option. Because of the seriousness of the surgery, and possibility for complications, I had many questions and needed time to process before deciding to proceed with the surgery. Dr. Waylen exceeded any expectations I ever had for a veterinarian. He called me multiple times throughout the process about results/findings and to answer any questions I had. I never felt rushed during the calls and my questions were always answered thoroughly no matter how many times I asked them. I am not even sure if I would have gone through with the surgery if it hadn’t been for Dr. Waylen’s compassion and patience. I am so thankful for the care she has received. Alice
