  Dr. Burkhead is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to get to know her patients before prescribing anything!

  Such bad experiences with this vet. My cat passed away over the weekend unexpectedly and when I called Monday morning to get a referral to OSU for a necropsy, I was treated with annoyance and told I couldn't expect anyone to be available to submit the referral. I had to call 4 times before finally getting it and not once did anyone offer condolences. Then the results came back from OSU to my vet and no one bothered to contact me. When I finally called in, I was told they had the results for a while but couldn't reach me and a vet would call back. The vet had no problem reaching me. Other cat was brought in for vaccines. Over 1.5 years passed with no reminders from the vet and I suddenly realized how much time had passed. Other issues as well. I have moved my pets to a different vet as this one does NOT care about you or your pets.

  Barry and Teddy like coming here, and mom and dad appreciate not being upsold all the time. And the sign is funny!

  Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I feel safe with my pets here. Awesome location as well in great building.
