I don't hear quite as well as I used to and so had trouble making out exactly what my therapist was telling me. I thought the massage was over but she was just saying she was leaving the room for warm towels. 🤷♂️ We figured it out. Don't expect frills. U it was clean and affordable with no pressure to join or subscribe like you get at a lot of places. Would go back.
