  Sean is a amazing person, a great sales representative and the best customer service I have had in my entire life. I would definitely refer him to be used for his services. I been with him for 4 years and he helps me with all my insurance needs. 5 stars hands down

  Shawn Vanhorn is a great guy! Very personable and knowledgeable in insurance. He answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel dumb, and was very patient with us. I will recommend him to anyone I know that has insurance questions or needs 😊❤️

  Do not trust this man... Originally I used him to rollover a plan somebody else selected for me. I called him when I had to make a change and he told me he made over six figures because people trusted him to select plans for them.... I can no longer get my meds. do not trust him! do not use him! he is not going to be accountable for his mistake. BlueCross told me if he had scrolled down he would have picked a plan where my medicine would only be $50... I was on this medicine when he switched me he should have known. Now the medicine is not covered at all it's over 500 a month... Then unbelievably he got commission for selling me an additional plan that doesn't cover anyting... Don't trust this arrogant man.... It'll cost you a lot of money!

  Shawn Van Horn is hands down the best agent you could ever ask for! Anytime I call or email him he immediately responds! Shawn is very efficient and takes as much time as I need to answer any questions I may have! Shawn also informed me about updated plans and fits me to the perfect plan. Shawns knowledge is amazing!!! Customer Service is not what it use to be, but Shawn absolutely provides the BEST customer service!
