I am 72 years old and was finding it difficult to comprehend all of the different medical plans that are offered. When I met with Nicole, she explained everything to me, giving me that extra time I needed to be able to understand the coverage that I should have. I gave her a list of all of my medications and the doctors I want to be with. I explained how I travel and I wanted to make sure I would be covered wherever I go to.
