She is very knowledgeable with the companies she represents and very informative as well as explaining the process so it's easy to understand. I mention companies, since she is a Broker that has access to many Insurance companies and doesn't just represent one; making it beneficial to her clients to have options. Her preliminary meeting is to gather information about her clients needs both financially and medically. She then schedules follow- up appointments through many options: in-person, telephone call, or zoom call to present her findings. There is no pressure to sign-up with any particular company, but she is available for the complete process from application to acceptance. She is very easy to work with as well as her support staff.
