  Lately, I've been really stress about my tax form so I send him an email and didn't expect much but he respond right away. Honestly I think Mr. Strauss deserves way more Google reviews because he's super kind and guidances you through what it needs to be done. I read other reviews saying he is "rude" n direct by his tone whatsoever but this is the real world "grow up" n "set your ego low" n "moved on". Yes, he was very direct and straight forward but in a very kind way. Thank you, Mr. Strauss again for being the best at what you do. Sincerely, Ngan

  Michael Strauss really helped me when it came to enrolling in insurance. I hadn’t enrolled before, and Medical gave me the runaround. Thankfully, Michael was there to help me understand the process. He responded to calls almost immediately, and was very helpful!

  He was very helpful. I have been trying to figure out my health insurance for months and getting the run-around from Medi-Cal and everyone I have called (when I get calls back). Michael responded to me promptly (he called me back almost immediately at 8am). He told me exactly what I needed to do to get my insurance taken care of. P.S. His demeanor is direct and straightforward, which might be misinterpreted as rude (I saw the one other review on here, which almost deterred me from calling him), but I found it helpful and refreshing that he didn't beat around the bush. Definitely in no way intentionally rude.

  The guy is rude! High strung and rude. Hung up on me when I told him I was not going to confirm to anything right away. Typical salesman b.s.
