I had been book shopping a few weeks before and took notice of his office in the same walkway. I decided to look around and came back to his web page and more important the reviews his clients left for him. Rave reviews...and a 5 star rating! Wow! I went in to see him and was most welcomed into his office. We talked about what I wanted in my insurance and Mike got the policy made for me. I am usually a bit shy and untrusting but I saw a man who could represent me in future policy decisions. I like my new insurance company much better than the last event though the only medical expense I've had used since has been in the pharmacy.
