- BDBarbara DukeOct 10, 20255.0I don't think I could have found a better Medicare Advantage agent/broker. I had not delt with Medicare since 2003 before my father passed. So, despite I am 71, I had worked and maintained my health insurance at work until August when I found myself terminated from a TN State Gov position after 29 years and no insurance. Michael was wonderful at educating me on the current Medicare. It has changed a lot since 2003. I added Part B to my original Medicare 9/1/25, but I didn't even fully understand what original Medicare paid until I saw Michael this morning, 10/10/25. And he took the time to explain everything to me. Then he compared and doctors and my medications and still continued to explain and show me until we found me a Medicare Advantage Plan for the rest of 2025 and scheduled an appointment to get back together to discuss and compare Plans for 2026. I was very impressed and thankful than he took the time to meet with me and help me with my present income. I gave him 5 stars because he took the time and explained everything so clearly and came up with a helpful plan to finish 2025 since I am on such a tight financial budget. Thank you, Barbara
