  Laurel went above and beyond to help us get insurance worked out through Virginia's Insurance Marketplace, when we were having trouble not only identifying the right plan for us, but also running into problems during the application process. She provided great information and solved problems that other agents could not, and all under a huge time crunch and right in the middle of the holidays. Very grateful and will absolutely return to her for future insurance needs.
