    Kurt and Jeff started out by trying to sell me life insurance when I was looking for a specific health care plan. We scheduled a phone appointment for three days later so that they could find me quotes, and on the day of my appointment, they were unprepared and chose to reschedule. They sent more quotes, because I explained that they hadn't sent what I was looking for. They continued to not give me information, and when I called again, they both were unaware of what I needed, perhaps because they were so focused on other things. My advice: speak to a professional, not someone who calls you because you were researching insurance online.

    Mr. Rague dropped the ball on my insurance plan, causing me to have a more expensive plan, unneeded stress, and a loss of money at work. He waited until after 5:00 PM on the day before the enrollment deadline and called me to tell me there was an issue and I would need to call health markets myself to take care of it. The issue was that he did not know how to submit an application correctly for my circumstances. He then ignored my calls and took almost three hours to call me back. Once I spoke to him, he claimed he had over 1400 clients and only 45 days to enroll them. He also added that his services were free and I was not paying him (he makes money off of plans he enrolls, as do most insurance agents). He then hung up on me. Mr. Rague was unprofessional and instead of admitting fault, decided to be rude to his client. I would never recommend Mr. Rague.
